ABOUT WGC
Jason John Pantoja, Or better known online as "Prof.Loboz" is an esports educator and Events coordinator based and born in New York City. As founder of WeGameCulture, Jason's goal is to help develop and create a stronger esports scene All along the east coast, creating a community that directly acts as a funnel for talent all over!

Having been a fiercely competitive person his entire life, Jason sought to be the best in every sport or game he ever tried. Ultimately due health reasons, Jason was unable to participate in normal physical sport activities, which lead to him having alot of free time. And eventually what led to him finding gaming.

This match made in heaven gave Jason the ability feel like a mian character, and acted as an outlet for his competitive spirit. Now, he wants to bring the same opportunity to everyone, highlighting the friends and all sorts of success that can be found in gaming.
MISSION
A Gaming Community whose entire aim is to sharpen one anothers esports/Gaming aspirations while also actively helping their communities and highlighting cultures from around the world. Showcasing and developing the positives in the gaming world for young adults and gaming vets. This way WGC Creates a route to make their gaming dreams come true, while accompanying them with new found rivals and friends throughout their journey. Dedicating to those who look to Gaming with friends or by themselves as a release. Here in this community, we aim to make everyone feel like they are the main character! How do we aim to do that? By throwing tournaments for our communities and schools that house our gamers. WGC Provides all the excitement and fun of a esports or sports event for all ages, allowing anyone to feel like a main character and relieve their itch to compete for greatness.
VISION
WeGameCulture looks to become the unifying flag for all gamers and competitors alike, where the video game and pop culture you grew up with is celebrated. Eventually developing into a umbrella that houses content creators, community champions, developers of community initiative Programs and more. Ultimately becoming known for its influence amongst the gaming community as a truly authentic Gaming Organization that looks to help and connect the world through Video Games and Esports. Hosting tournaments, get togethers, streams, creator events, and more. We are looking to make everyone that is apart of WGC feel like they are a main character.
