All competitors must be 16+ for all Adult based competitions. All competitors below 18 must be with a Guardian to participate for in person events. 

Youth competition 12+ (Always Free Entry) 

Sign up through EventBrite is a must in order to participate 

All matches must begin at the same time to ensure a lack of confusion and keeping on schedule 

No physical play is allowed in the Tournament area

No food or beverages will be allowed in the Tournament area

No excessive showboating will be allowed (pointing in someone's face, screaming close to someone's face, excessive screaming or yelling, name calling of any kind. 

A 3 strike rule will be implemented. If someone in the crowd or participating gets 3 strikes (Coordinator/Helper/Security call) against these rules they will be immediately escorted Out of the tournament area regardless of their current action or moment. If the one being escorted was in the middle of the game, they effectively lost their match, resulting in a win for their opponents. 

A serious threat of violence at any time or an expression of extreme anger towards anyone participating in the Tournament will result in an escort away from the Tournament 

Any prejudice remarks or racial harassment will not be tolerated. 

Any deliberate or excessive accidental damage to the equipment will result in being escorted off away from the Tournament area immediately. (This needs to only happen once. Throwing/slamming controller. Tripping over wires and pulling down an Xbox. Constantly dropping controllers). 

Outside personal controllers are allowed, but no modded Controllers will be allowed. (Pro Controllers are good but modded trigger controllers are not). 

If not present 5 minutes after being announced for a match, the competitor will be disqualified and the remainder will move forward.
